How to harvest:  Pick the lower & outer leaves by hand or with scissors. Leave the central leaves in place for repeated harvests.

Meal ideas: Steam, wok, bake, blend: kale is another really adaptable green, and is packed full of nutrients. My personal fave is chopping it into rough chunks, coating lightly with oil, salt, pepper & popping it under the grill until lightly browned and deliciously crunchy – makes a perfect tasty & easy side to any dish!
